Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Malaysia, with plans to expand internationally soon — stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within West Malaysia takes 3–5 working days, and East Malaysia may take up to 7–10 working days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping Fee comes at RM10 flat fee wherever you are!

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges for size issues. Shipping for exchanges will be covered by the customer.

How to start a return/exchange?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most of our merch is limited-edition, so once it’s gone, it’s gone! Follow us on Instagram [@beachboygroup] for restock updates.

What sizes do you offer?

Most tees come in S to XL. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.
